Went to a meeting with some church folks for some upcoming events for May. And after all that's been discussed, I only have a few thoughts to share that I want to repost here (because it's already posted in facebook, haha)...here it is:
thoughts on being a servant of the Lord: it feels like...you're a flaming awesome chalk/marker/pencil/pen that never runs or dries out. and when you look back, you see this great trail of things you know deep down you can never do yourself...and when you look up, you see His great hand holding you...guiding you with such passion and precision that...it's just...completely mindblowing to the nth degree. epic.Yes. Emphasis on the flames and the not running out because that's how powerful the energy of the Spirit is. It's like...you're a moving glass with a running faucet that never stops pouring out water on you and it just keeps on flowing...and flowing.....and flowing....and flowing...like an endless riber op lab just like how Mikey Bustos would say it. I dunno. Haha! Sorry I'm just so overwhelmed at the moment.
I love it. I miss this. It's been two weeks since my last meeting with these people...and it's just...amazing. I'll post the comings and goings of what's up with our Design Ministry once we get things set into motion.
Also, nothing beats the softest sofa in the world with the combination of a good cup of cappucino fresh from the percolator whenever I go to our meeting place. ha! :D
