Inspired from Kate Beaton's pony...well actually it looks like i ripped it off from her cus it's such an easy fanart...and it's so cute. But yeah...all the awesome idea of that awesome pony comes from her. Looking at it still after all this years makes me laugh like it's the first time I saw it. You should check out her Hark a Vagrant! comics!

And also I heard that the color of 2014 is lavender.... .__. so...yeah...I think this is just fitting.

Since it's the new year...let's start this thing right by showing you a new thing!!

I don't know how to post stuff in a segregated manner in a blog yet...I have a lot of studying to do for HTML code...hopefully this year I'll have the courage and determination to do so. Haha!

Anyway, for now I guess we have to settle in burst posts. I'll try to make comics every week because gaming is fun. Hah! Anyway...here's what I've managed to fart out so far:

Still working on making it cleaned up or by webcomic standards "polished" ...which is hard for me...since I like it done fast to capture the idea. But yeah...we'll get there.

Year Ender Post Especial~

Wow...look at me being the champion of neglect.

But to make up for it...I have been drawing a lot at least. So here's some eye candy....sorta.

2013 was...(still is) kind to me.

I've traveled twice this year -- climbed a mountain, rode an airplane after 5 years. Learned how to paint properly somewhat, met new friends, fell inlove and got heartbroken, grew up -- sorta, quit my job and a new one found me 1 month and 15 days later, and learns to draw better and better with each passing day. Finally has a PS3 bought by my own money, with the games also bought by my own money...and I can play all those that I've missed and catch up to them. Not to mention that I've participated in two live painting sessions and met new artist friends as well. It's amazing.

I may be single right now, but I'm happy. My child self is at least...and right now that's what matters. My core feeling complete, despite how selfish it may sound...but hey, it's my blog. It's supposed to be self-centered.

I'll try to make this a livelier blog once more next year. I still suck at lay-out. I don't know if I'll even understand HTML or CSS or...whatever's needed to make a blog pretty...but at least the content. We'll see.

For now, just have a happy holidays and a great new year ahead...despite the looming dark clouds peeking at the horizon. God bless us all.

Gullible Tales: Conjunctivitis

 'Why do you have shades??'
'I have sore eyes.'

 'What's a sore eyes?'

'My eyes are red.'

 'What?! Can I see? Show it!'

'Huh? No way.'

 'C'mon, I wanna see if it's really red!! Show me!'

'NO!!'

 'Don't you know?? I'm wearing shades so you don't catch it too!'

 'GASP!! You can catch it???'

 'Yeah, basically, if someone has sore eyes, and they don't wear shades...

 ..and they directly look at another person's eye...

 ...he passes the sore eyes to the other person too!'

 '...Oh..'

'Yeah...so you can't see it. It's bad'

 'JUST TAKE OFF THE SHADES AND LET ME PEEK'

'I SAID NO!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA'

'Nnnhhgghh...I hate this'

Haha yep. Just a little funny story that I decided to make, inspired by my hugmuffin's predicament at the moment. LOL. I hope it makes his day...and I hope it makes your day too, dear audience!

Basically in the Philippines, "Sore Eyes" is our term for Conjunctivitis. This short storyboard did happen in real life though...just a single exaggerated frame maybe...ehem, it's the third to the last panel, ehem. Hahaha. :D I miss this. I should do more of this.
